Proposals will initially go through an assessment based on two gateway questions related to eligibility and scope. Once proposals pass the gateway, they will then be assessed by an expert group of selected assessors (five assessors per application). Information on the assessment criteria will be available on the Invitation to Tender (available to potential applicants after registration when the competition opens).
The scores from these assessments will then be moderated at a moderation panel which will then produce a shortlist for recommendation to the Strategic Management Board.
The final selection will be made by the Strategic Management Board and they may apply a strategic and portfolio approach to the final decision.
